Order Processing & Production Time

All of our products are made to order.

  • Orders typically require 3–7 business days for production.

  • Production begins immediately after payment is confirmed.

  • Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

This production period is part of the fulfillment process and does not indicate a delay.

Shipping Time

After production is completed, orders are shipped according to the destination:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location, customs clearance, and courier operations.

Please note that shipping time does not include production time.

Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear in the courier’s system.

International Shipping

We ship internationally. Delivery times may vary due to:

  • Customs processing

  • Local courier handling

  • Public holidays or unforeseen delays

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays & Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Customs inspections

  • Courier disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters or global supply chain disruptions

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Opening a chargeback while an order is still in production or within the stated delivery timeframe is considered premature.
